I started coming here in January after a 5 month break from working out. I had gotten Covid back in July and was honestly afraid to workout. HEW Coral Springs East really eased my transition back into working out and I’ve lost 9 lbs so far in just 7 weeks. The community is so welcoming and the coaches are awesome. Grateful to be a member.

Coaches are awesome!! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. The facility is clean and disinfectant products are provided to keep every station sanitized. Members are great. Really glad I joined.

I honestly hated doing group workouts until I started going to HEW. I was always the “headphones on, leave me alone” kind of gym-goer. Now I never miss a class and actually enjoy and look forward to going and seeing everybody. 11/10 definitely recommend ❤ufe0f
