This woman is AMAZING!!! Her workouts are good. Haven't found a good trainer like her since. She can also provide you with good smoothies or detox drinks for flushing & cleansing the body. She is very motivational, understanding but, at the same time thorough and that helped me push trough workouts!!!

I'm a returning client of CMG Curves. Catherine is full of so much motivation and positivity. She really motivates me to finish every workout strong. Shes also a great person to talk to when it comes to the struggles of eating healthy. I highly recommend this program.
