I absolutely love this location! New equipment, well maintained, and EXCELLENT front desk staff and fitness instructors. Kayla, the front desk manager, is not only professional, but extremely personable and kind to all of the members. She goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I have forgotten my mask before and she provided me with one.. I forgot my heart rate monitor before and she gave me a lender. Those are the little things that keep members coming back. They also gave me a hand written card thanking me for my business and have acknowledged my results. Brian is my favorite instructor at this location because he is extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable of all things fitness, and will correct your movements if they’re off, which is not something all instructors do. He also plays the best music (old school!!) and calls you out by name when you’re working hard, which motivates you like crazy. I just moved unfortunately, but my heart is always with OTF Coco Creek. Thank you for such a splendid experience and thank you for changing my lifestyle for the better!

Workouts are challenging, but doable. I’ve seen a vast improvement in my stamina and overall appearance. Great staff and safe environment.

Great work outs! Awesome energetic trainers! They are a bit strict with late regulations, but you just called ahead and let them know on emergency situations. Overall good experience just can be a bit stressful when you have an emergency and they still want to charge you the late cancellation fee or not let you in class if you are a few minutes late. Other than that! If you can deal with this it’s an awesome workout and you see results fast!

This is such a great location and really nice staff. Been a member here for a few years and have never had any issues. They understand life happens and they go out of their way to help you out as a member.
