We installed a whole home generator. Extremely professional company. All “subcontractors” used are in-house from engineering to start-up. The job flowed smoothly, the techs are phenoms, and the customer portal that accesses the file is a plus for updates. Even better, someone ALWAYS answers the phone happy to assist or answer any questions. Then, the 18 month interest free payment plan made the purchase ridiculously easy! I recommend this company with confidence. One drawback was that the time between signing the contract and the final start-up date was considerably longer than we anticipated. However, we never needed the generator while we waited. Overall GREAT experience.

We had a very good experience with Reliable Generator systems. From the very first contact through the installation and all the related inspections they handled all the details and every person we met was knowledgeable and experienced. Process took about five or six months and today was the day when our generator was first activated and as with everything else it went very smoothly And worked perfectly. They use a very efficient automated system that tracks every activity and they handled all the paperworknIt really was One of the best contractor installations I’ve experienced. Absolutely everything was handled professionally and efficiently . I give them the highest possible recommendation.

I hired Reliable to replace my generator and to upgrade my panels and wiring. Ryan, the manager who came to my home, was one of the most hard working individuals I have seen. They came to my home around 8 am and left at 5 pm. Ryan was working constantly, he never sat down and took maybe 5 minutes for lunch. Furthermore, the work that was done was professional, clean and a serious improvement from what existed before they came. I highly recommend Reliable and specifically laud Ryan for the outstanding job he did.

Reliable Power installed a standby generator for me. The technician was out to do the initial start up this week. At this point I'm just waiting for the county to do the final inspection. The communication from the company was always timely, with frequent emails, calls and texts. The installation staff were polite and knowledgeable. The work seems excellent. Update: We did have our service today! They called and updated us today before our appointment and Scott our technician was helpful. The last two scheduled appointments were more on-par with all the positive reviews we’ve heard. I think we had bad luck with our first rescheduling experience...but I think that was just what it was.nnI will change our review.nn——nWe had a generator installed by Reliable which costs a little more than the competitors but we did it thinking the service was going be worth it. But here’s our experience so far...nnWe just renewed our service contract and scheduled the routine service. The service was scheduled for 2 weeks ago. I waited for 3 hours at home and as our scheduled time frame for the service was closing in and I hadn’t heard from Reliable so I called them. They told me our service was cancelled- no one told contacted us to let us know. First representative said it was due to rain (but it wasn’t raining at our house at all), so when I questioned that response - then she said it was due to overload of new installs. Anyhow although we were a little disappointed we had it reschedule for 2 weeks later - which is today.nnSurprise! We got a call today at 5pm by the technician that due to rain they will reschedule us for tomorrow morning. At least they called today and it’s is drizzling a little here. If I can add a picture I would show it slightly drizzled for about 15minutes and only overcast now 5:15pm- but I agreed to have them reschedule me for tomorrow morning.nnI will keep you updated tomorrow and update the review if we actually have the service performed...but as of now I’m pretty concerned due to the 2 reschedules so far...
