Upon my first attempt to purchase a prescription under my insurance coverage, I was informed that my insurance was invalid. I contacted my insurance carrier to confirm my inform was current and valid. Upon my second trip, I waited 15 minutes for service. This was unexpected since I was the only customer. My insurance was indeed valid. I waited another 15 minutes to have the prescription filled; I was informed I had to wait on line for another 5 minutes. Thirty five minutes to service one customer who chose to pick up in person. An additional annoyance was the up charge ( a minimal amount). I paid $5.91 rather than $4.58 ( the amount quoted to me by the carrier). When inquired about the difference, I was addressed with “take it or leave it”. Quite impolite and unprofessional! This is the first time I have ever written a review but this negative comment is deserved

I would give this pharmacy zero stars. Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. They lost my prescription! Will be filing a corporate complaint.

Well... I ud83dudc98 this Walgreens because the staff is well trained and efficient in their tasks.. The photo group is great and the cashiers always ask for my card or coupons to save me some money.. The store is open with the isles free. of stock.. I wish more of the. survey people would appreciate the work involved in the process.. Well see ya here a good team that will cater to your needs..
