Marathon Gas

I have tried calling them from the number they have online and the number is disconnected (says out of service). After dong a little research i was able to find the actual number to contact the marathon and it just keeps ringing until it gets to voice mail. I've tried calling over 20 times and still no answer. After reading all the reviews on this place i now know that customer service is not something that this place actually cares about.

I just filled up my vehicle here using my credit card. Currently pending a charge of $75 - what? It was suppose to be $44.20. I will not be returning and will closely watch if it posts. Gas Buddy also said $2.55 when it was $2.61 for regular unleaded. Should have gone to Costco for gas.

These guys here don’t know what they’re doing. First of all they can communicate in English. Second of all they sell, they sold me and my father the wrong size tires which my mechanic saw any immediately I drove my happy face over there to see what they would do for me. Been a long time customer and I would’ve thought they wouldn’t charge me to mount on the correct size tires. I Had an alignment done at the time I bought a used tires and everything was great until I seen my mechanic and he said those tires are too big and they were. So I am mediately drove over there and they change the tires but at the end they said the tires are $40 each. I said hold up you guys messed up I just got these tires like two months ago so they’re not really worried because I don’t drive a lot. So the guy says $20 each two months. He try to call the owner he wouldn’t had an alignment done at the time I bought a used tires and everything was great until I seen my mechanic and he said those tires are too big and they were. So I am mediately drove over there and they change the tires but at the end they said the tires are $40 each. Which I paid it and then no receipts for every given to me and I never asked for it because I didn’t think that they were going to asked me for a receipt when they know my face. And now the owner is telling me that I shouldn’t buy used tires for a Mercedes when I don’t drive a Mercedes. I drive an Acura. How dare they? Bad customer service and the owner is rude! Never going back

Got my oil changed they forgot to put oil in car messed up my engine and motor they offered to fix my car kept my car for a week my car was never the same.

My third time going there in months and they still only accept cash. This is 2018 not 1918. SMH!!
