Don't waste your time here. On three separate occasions, this store claimed to be out of a medication and gave me a partial refill. On every occasion, when returning to get the remainder, I have been accused of already having picked up the meds, and have had to argue to get my medication. These are not drugs someone would steal- one was a skin cream, one blood pressure, and one an antibiotic. I've called CVS corporate, and written letters- and the company is totally unresponsive.nnCalling the pharmacy is an utter waste of time - I was on hold 25 minutes last night and finally just drove over. There was ONE car in line and one customer inside - and I was still on hold.nnAs long as I shall live, I will never set foot in another CVS: i've researched, and their drug prices are not competitive and the prices on everything else is high, so why bother going here? Why subject yourself to people that won't answer the phone and accuse you of stealing?

Whoever the lady that worked the 11am shift on 2/4/2021 was very rude. I had one pair of stocking I wanted to buy for work and as I was walking up to the counter she points to self check out and says go there , I’m taking care of a lady. OK no big deal , I go to self check out and as soon as I turn she takes care of a lady behind me with multiple items. And I asked her about it and she apologized and said the lady had one item, LIES. I was SO upset leaving that store today, this is not the customer service I was expecting.

The pharmacy is horrible. The people working there have NO COMPASSION for people. They are VERY LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would rather suffer in agonizing pain before ever going back to such a HORRIBLE PHARMACIST!!!!!!!

I visited this CVS today and it looks as if they do not take pride in cleaning their parking lot. There was trash and litter throughout, it looks horrible!

Cvs employees here are great ! The 1 star is not for them they are 10 Stars ! The 1 star that should be 0 is for Corporate and regional Management DISGRACEFUL! The staff is over worked they do NOT have enough help ! 1 hour plus wait for a flu shot when the person has an appointment. Every time I go to pick up a script no matter what time it is it's a zoo! Im sure you don't care being corporate as you sit counting your bonuses as your employees over worked ! Id like to see a corporate Manager make it for a week in this store you wouldn't last 1 hour !
