Very rude tenant with no interest in helping people. This lady was on her phone the entire time, wasn't wearing as mask and talking over the food that was being prepared. I also saw her being rude to other patrons. The dude stocking from behind the cooler was also on the phone blabbering away the entire time.nnI go to the racetrack over on atlantic and these people there are so happy and friendly and it's just as busy plus the neighborhood there isn't good. 711 needs to screen for better employees.

This store has changed so much and not only can I tell because of the reviews but a friend of mine was over there just yesterday and she told me that the manager there was so rude, and so was the lady in the front who kept looking at her bag as if she was stealing and when my friend asked to speak with manager he had no type of professionalism when speaking no politeness in his voice. Pretty much they have lost her and myself as customer's. Just in case the manager or owner reads this you may not care right now over one or two reviews or even one or two customers but if this attitude from employees continue you will lose a lot more.

Never have any coffee made and you'll get attitude if you ask them to make it fresh. Ridiculous.
