The simplicity of ordering item online for curbside pick up.
My iPhone 7 died while I was visiting my parents in FL. Went to a Verizon store and they tried cleaning out the charging port but could not get my phone to charge. So, I came to Batteries Plus and a great guy, Thomas- one of the managers, tested the phone and determined it was the charging port. It was about mid day and they were busy, but he promised it would be done by 5 pm and sure enough that job was completed very much to my satisfaction.nIn addition, I found out my mom went to the same store and had a great experience as well when her key fob to her car needed a new battery.nGreat service!
I found out about our local Batteries Plus store service to repair phones on a web search. I was extremely pleased with the courteous, prompt and efficient service i received and my phone was repaired in a few hours. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this store for whatever batteries or phone repair services anyone needs.
It was easy to find the battery we needed and place the order online. The Coconut Creek store is a convenient location for us and we were able to pick up the battery quickly,
I visited the store today for the first time. I was greeted upon entry. I was asked what I needed help with, the gentleman even demoed some batteries for a remote I needed an odd battery size for before to make sure I purchased the correct size. I already referred my friend here. Thank you for the great customer service!
