My experience with the JM Lexus service center was excellent. Chris Margolis was professional and did everything to make my appointment run smoothly. I needed a loaner car that had no advertisement on the car due to my condo association rules. He made every effort to locate a loaner with no writing on the car. I appreciate all his efforts. I recently purchased an L Certified LC500 from another dealer in another part of the state and brought it home to find out that the brakes were squeaking and required some adjustment. I took it into JM Lexus (where I happened to purchase my prior 3 Lexus vehicles) and they gladly made an appointment with zero hassle. I worked with a gentleman named John Nahar who was my service consultant. He was extremely professional and they diagnosed the issue properly and were able to resolve it while I waited under the L Certified warranty. I have been coming to JM Lexus for years and NEVER been disappointed in sales or service. On my way home, I received a follow up call asking if everything was to my satisfaction. This is how a car dealership is supposed to operate! And John Nahar knows how to deliver a great customer experience! I would recommend JM Lexus to anyone consider a purchase or having a need to service their Lexus.

Amazing JM Lexus Service Center to end. I honestly went in to check out the cars JM Lexus Service Center made it an easy and comfortable experience. And yes there are only two at the JM Lexus Service Center.
