I've been here twice, both times to get my tires patched.The most recent time, I got a flat tire and was on my way to pick up my boyfriend. I texted them that I might not make it. I threw on the spare and drove to Tires Plus. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes for 10 bucks. Totally picked up the boyfriend on time.I love this place.

NOOOoooooooooo......I made an appointment the night before for a 10:30am the following day... when I got there there was a wait.... more then an hour wait I sat there waiting..... very unsatisfied ... do not recommend and would definitely not go back. DO NOT WASTE Your TIME.

My boyfriend needed an oil change for like a week or so and finally decided to take care of it. Johnathan had instructed him to make his way to the location before 6 pm and it would be taken care of. We made it there and Johnathan and his Tech Randy took care of the oil change quite professionally and efficiently in a short time. The service isn’t usually as quick but I’m glad Johnathan took care of him so fast as we had other errands to run. Highly recommend this location as well as Johnathan. Amazing job!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I got mad enough to do so.nnI made an appointment for 10am for an oil change. Got there at 9:50am and was acknowledged at the door. An employee greeted me and said “hey, I know you’re here for your 10am appointment.” He was helping someone so I took a seat in the waiting room.nSat there for an hour, thinking that they were behind. That was expected, but what really made me upset was that a walk-in customer came in, dropped off her car, and was helped within 20 minutes. Her car went in before mine when I had an appointment. I got up, went to the desk and explained how I was supposed to be dealt with by now and the man told me “it’s gonna be another 2 hours. Sorry nobody checked you in.”nnI understand that it takes awhile to do each car, but this whole situation was straight up disrespectful and a huge waste of time. Very frustrating. I will not be coming back here.
