I just had a cracked windshield replaced and FastRite got the job done with top-notch, next-day service. Adam is the man! He called prior to his arrival and gave an ETA. When he arrived, he was extremely professional, explaining everything during the replacement process. This company is definitely doing the right things and I will be recommending FastRite to everyone! Keep up the great service!
They were fantastic! My windshield got a huge spider crack late on July 3rd. My insurance wanted us to use another company who couldn’t get to us until next week. A friend recommended FastRite to us and they were able to come out first thing on July 5. They worked directly with our insurance company, too! It was so easy to use them. They were prompt and courteous. The staff I spoke with to schedule the appointment (Irma) and Adam, the technician were so nice and super accommodating. The new windshield looks great and I would def. recommend them to anyone!
One phone call and they did all the paperwork with the insurance. They replaced my windshield the next morning in only one hour. My crack was not that big but because it was in line of sight the insurance company wanted whole windshield replaced.nnExtremely professional and courteous. The company is relatively new but the employees all have extensive experience.nnHighly recommend and would definitely use again should the need arise.
