Great prices. No negotiation and quick sales completion. What's not to like?. Pick out the car you want, as I did, and get the best possible price. Easy to compare if you don't believe it. Then, when you pick up your new car, you only deal with your VIP Sales Manager and quickly complete the transaction .Eric Rodgers was my salesperson and he was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Love this dealership. Too bad there are not more Lexus+ dealerships.

Amazing car buying experience. From beginning to end, my salesman Bradley Patrick was very patient, kind, caring, courteous and made the whole buying experience pleasant. This is our third time leasing a vehicle from JM Lexus and would highly recommend. Michael Cook was very nice to us during our time here and aided in the process. I leased a 2020 ES 350 from JM Lexus and it was truly the best experience that I have ever had obtaining a new vehicle at a dealership. JM Lexus is a Lexus Plus dealership which means that the price is provided to you upfront and includes everything. There are no surprises or price increases at the time of signing the contract. Furthermore, there is no need to negotiate as they offer you a fair price and include all the incentives that you qualify for. The sales manager that took care of me was Arly Edmond who is a total professional. I highly recommend Arly as his customer service skills are excellent and he made sure that I was happy with my new car. Arly drove my mom and I through the dealership lot to see the available cars instead of having to walk which I thought was a nice touch. It was great to be taken care of by just one person from start to finish including the signing of the documents, unlike other dealerships where you are bounced off from person to person. I live in Miami, but it was totally worth driving to JM Lexus to lease my new car. I highly recommend Arly and JM Lexus if you are in the market for a Lexus!

I always get whoever is available when I need a service right away and no matter who I get they never disappoint. Today I had Michael A. And he is always helpful and knowledgeable. I've had him in the past and he is such a lovely man. Service is always done in a good time frame and is always fair in price. I did visit the guest lounge, which was different because of the self serve but the massage chairs were awesome.
