The process was super smooth! I went there and knew where I stood as far as numbers and they met my numbers. Constantino was great! Not pushy, just gave me facts which just helped me in my decision. Yuri also helped when I went to pick up the car the next day and he was great too, checked on me a couple days later to see if I had any questions. Just the whole process was great! Highly recommend!

My service advisor Mike Schultz is amazing. I have been taking my car to him for years now. I trust when I take my car to him it’s in the best of hands. He always goes above and beyond and is always honest about the things that need to be addressed on the car. He always makes sure when I receive my car it’s clean inside and out. I always feel like I’m getting a brand new car when he is done with it. Thank you Mike for always going above and beyond and taking excellent care of my car.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle 10 days ago. I did not finance the vehicle, so the problems began there. Their finance guy wanted nothing to do with me when I walked in and I got an unfriendly, “Go ahead and have a seat“ when he didn’t want to take the deal because he was making no commission on the financing. They gave me the total price of the vehicle, including tax and warranty and they gave me paperwork that I signed which outlined the exact warranty; that there were 37 months left on the warranty with unlimited mileage. After signing the deal, I wired them the total amount due. About two hours later, I came to pick up the vehicle and the finance manager tried getting me to sign a piece of paper that said that I was getting a 23 month warranty. He told me if I wanted the extra year, or 14 months that they owed me it would be $2400 per year. Since I had already paid for 37 months of a warranty, I asked for $2400 back, at which time they told me they will only give me $500, because that is the actual cost of the warranty for a year. After some games being played, they agreed to refund me $812. I never got the refund and I have never heard from them again. My sales person was a good guy. After him though, all games and it looks like I have to file a small claims lawsuit to get my money back.

I spoke with Jeff Rodriguez who was my very informative, professional service advisor. This is my first BMW and my first service at Vista. It was a pleasant experience b/c of Jeff. Initially, Jeff provided a projected time to complete my service and when it was going to be a bit longer he communicated with me both the adjusted timeline and why. Actually Jeff noticed an item that required attention that was not part of the initial service.nI would have no hesitancy to recommend Vista and most obviously Jeff Rodriguez.

Recently my X7 service light came on so I showed up without an appointment to Vista BMW. The valet was polite and took my keys and showed me to the service advisor area. My service advisor was able to get my SUV serviced but since it would take two days they provided a loaner vehicle. I requested a similar vehicle as mine because I have three small kids and child seats need more room. They provided me a 5 series sedan. I guess it’s better than a 3 series or a coupe but still not an ideal solution. This just meant that for the next two days we weren’t going anywhere. I didn’t receive any updates about my car and when I called it went to voicemail and didn’t receive a same day callback. The following day around late morning I received a text message letting me know that my car was ready. When I arrive to pick up my car it hadn’t been washed yet so I after paying I had to wait another 10 minutes as they ran it through the car wash. Once the valet pulled it up I noticed the mess inside. Since I had an issue with one of the rear seats they serviced under warranty (only reason this isn’t a one star review). During this service though they took all the child seat articles and put them in the front passenger seat. So the covers and seat were now in the front. The interior was also a mess. I’m sure some supervisor will make the excuse that this isn’t part of the service. And this is where my biggest issue lays. I’ve been buying BMWs for the last 15 years and the BMW experience has for the most part been exceptional and part of this has been the dealership-service center experience. In past experiences the service advisor will direct me to the waiting area that has refreshments and coffee as well as water for no charge. Once my car is serviced it will be brought up cleaned inside and outside and ultimately I leave feeling great about paying a premium for my car because not only is it a great car but the entire experience is worth it. My experience with Vista BMW was not that. I asked one of the six valets (whom were standing around not busy) if I could use the vacuum to clean my car and he barely acknowledged me. I asked a second time and he responded but not without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. It’s fine. I don’t expect them to vacuum my car but they also shouldn’t expect me to bring my SUV back for service next time. And by the way I still haven’t heard from my service advisor whom I left the voicemail for. No explanation of the service appointment, no feedback requests or simply a thank you for choosing Vista. Good riddance.
