Great service. The dude at the drive through was nice and he understood everything in one go unlike most places. This morning, I was fueled off of Dunkin.
I love Dunkin' and I don't think that will change, however the inconsistency in customer service is a drag. The gentleman at the window was not equipped or up to providing excellent customer service. He forgot 3 items out of my order and I had to come back. The woman behind the mic saved the day and I was overall pleased with my experience. He is the reason my beloved Dunkin'didn't get 5 stars this go round!
Great drive thru customer service.
The food was under cooked the drinks were terrible and to add insult to injury I called over 8 times with no answer. Worse Dunkin’ by far.
