I love PNC. I don't have anything bad to say about them. When I got my summer job I had my paycheck sent to PNC instead of my usual Bank of America account. This branch is located on the way home making it very convenient. It is also in close proximity to the Promenade making it great for people there who need cash. There is only one drive through lane but there is never a wait. The machine is also always fully functioning which is not always the case at my other bank. I have never been inside but PNC across the board generally has good customer service. I am very happy with this bank and this branch is no exception.
Worst place ever. I asked to do something for me and I was told that I was gonna get a phone call by the end of the daynI guess they never specified of what day tho because it is almost the end of the second day and I haven’t received any phone call.nnDo yourself a favor. Stay away from PNC
I had a great experience here. I came in looking for 20 crisp singles, but they didn't have any, so I was able to get 20 dollar coins instead. Thanks for all your help!
Very Good customer service. Needed a personal loan for a vehicle...no hassle what so ever! Clean, neat, low traffic so you're in and out quickly.
