I've been going to the Coconut Creek location and seeing Adele to file my taxes the past 4 years or so. She's always very helpful, friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the tax service she provides

Updating this review , it is one year since this following was first written and I must say that after just coming home from seeing my Tax representative everything written last year remains the same but even better as my relationship continues to grow with H&R Block.nnAshram Chooniedass, the representative that filed my taxes is one of those rare types of people that doesn't just go through the motions and finish the job for the sake of completing another task, his level of expertise combined with his concern for accuracy left me with a total sense of satisfaction that I was receiving the best service possible. His ability to explain and guide me through my returns with confidence had me leaving with a return and a sense of appreciation for his services. He filed for me last year and was the deciding factor in my using H&R Block again this year, as I will continue to do so in the future. Kudos to him and he should be recognized for his unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction.

I love this branch. I have been using Adele Hoops for a few years. She is professional and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her. She is in the Coconut Creek branch.

Deborah Clark is absolutely a wonder to work with and she made the process seamless, as well as explained any questions I had about this year and even planning into next year. I will 100% be using her again next year and recommend her to all I can.
