Awesome local family-owned business. The sisters who own the place are pleasant and nice to interact with. Very clean and has the most affordable rates in the area. Contact them ahead of time to get put on the wait list; they tend to run out of larger units.

Do to unfortunate circumstances, I recently had to close my account with A1 storage, but in the years I've done business with them they have been one of the most polite, friendly, and fair places in Melbourne. The climate control is always nice and comfy, and the facility itself is well maintained. 10/10

This is the most outstanding storage facility in this area. I rented two storage units on Dec 1989. The property is constantly under A/C and sprayed for vermin’s. We move to Ohio in 91 and continue our storage relationship with A- One Storage . We returned in 98 and we completed a full inventory of our items including three leather jackets. No mold or dry rot. Some items was a little dusty, but everything was intact. The monthly fees are reasonable, however I would love to see A One storage charge based on customer loyalty and longevity.

Clean, climate controlled, generator if power is lost.
