Sun On the Beach

My friends and I come here often for Sunday brunch. Shannon always takes great care of us. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming with outdoor seating. Gluten free options are available. They have a great selection of various Benedict options. The shrimp and grits is amazing.

I got the Veggie Blast and it was awesome as usual. Sort of miss the beach location but not really since I sat in a booth by the window as usual.nnUpdate 3/30/2021nnWhite wheat toast is not the same as rye. I never had the opportunity to send it back b/c my server stayed gone. She got a nice tip, however, b/c I couldn't wait any longer for the cheque and change. :(

Excellent chicken and waffles! The fried chicken was light, fluffy and so flavorful. Husband enjoyed the crab cakes Benedict. Service was great! Would highly recommend

Service was terrible. We were passed by 3 servers who wouldn't even look at our table. As we were about to request service, 2 servers asked each other if the other had taken our table. Finally get service and order drinks. Got drinks and waited to order. Had to request server again to order. We were there over an hour before our food arrived. Food was OK. As expected for a breakfast diner. Had to request server again for check. The restaurant wasn't very busy during our visit. Plenty of open tables and no wait at the door.

Excellent and large variety of breakfast and lunch food. Service was exceptional. All food delivered to table perfect temperature.
