I fought a foreclosure Pro Se and spent many months, even years in and around court. Richard Shuster was one attorney I admired the most as being knowledgeable and helpful. He was winning for his clients and didn’t mind an occasional conversation on court decisions.

I won pro se and they sued again he lost in summary judgment and left my defensenNow I have to appeal by myself i will be contacting the bar

Awful experience. I signed a contract with Mr. Shuster but was never told that after the contract termination that there would be an additional months fee. I terminated the contract in February of 2015 and was charged for March and April. I contacted him and he agreed that the April charge was in error and would be refunded. My account was charged on April 5, 2015 and today is April 20th and still no refund. I have emailed Mr. Shuster and his secretary and have gotten no response, I have now turned it over to Visa with all his emails. I would never do business with this firm again.
