I always come to this location even though it's 35min away from my house because I can always get a great haircut from Mitch. Today really changed my viewpoint, not of Mitch, but of how the location is run. Made an appointment because is figured it's the weekend and probably busy. Get there about 5 minutes early from my appointment. Walk inside to check in. The woman who made my appointment walks over goes to check me in, says he's running a few minutes behind, not a problem I said. The as she looks at the computer confused, she basically tells me even though I had an appointment there was a mis-scheduling and someone had shown up early. Then proceeds to tell me they are booked and I can't get a hair cut. Why have a system to make appointments if you can't keep them?

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. This hair cuttery is the worst one in town. I got my hair cut there and it was absolutely botched. The waxing service? Also botched. I asked for a trim and eyebrow waxing. They took off almost a foot of my hair and they waxed a big line straight through my eyebrow. They’ve also messed up my daughter’s hair and eyebrows in months prior. When my hair was done, it was extremely choppy and uneven. I asked for a fix and they tried to make me set an appointment up. I said no, and they continued to try to set me up for an appointment. I again said no, and the lady at the desk (who was extremely rude, beyond belief) stormed off to get the manager. The manager, who was the nicest out of any, fixed my hair. It still looks pretty awful. I am never stepping foot back in this god forsaken place, and I hope none of you will either. For the sake of your appearance.

I tried to get a really basic haircut here. The lady working the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Only one person in the shop getting a haircut in front of me and it was a child. She told me this haircut will take me a hour and we close at 6 you can come back another time. It was 5:05 pm. She just didn’t want to work. Poor service. Unprofessional. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

Got a great haircut only had to wait approximately 1 1/2 hours because I didn't have a appointment. The young lady who cut my hair was Jenna. Very nice and personable. I wish I lived there i would. Go there every time I needed a haircut!!!
