The owner was running late by at least 20 minutes when I arrived on time for my confirmed appt. I was informed I would need to reschedule or I could just wait. I was told I should just expect that she may not be on time for appointments. She was attending to a new client, that was clearly her priority. Very rude and unprofessional.
