This is the best gym that I have ever been to. The training is great and the exercises switch up every day so your body doesn't get bored. When there is a question, it gets answered. I am loosing weight and gaining strength and energy.nnWith the food plan, it takes away from having to count calories, etc. This makes it easy to get into a routine. It is based on weight and several measurements every 10 days.nnThere is a lot of space and they do a great job of keeping the equipment wiped down and sanitized.nnI also like that the members and staff are non intimidating. It is easy to say hi and ask questions. When there are injury concerns, the trainers have vast knowledge to offer alternative ways to get through a particular exercise, so no one has to sit out.

I have struggled with maintaining a healthy weight and consistent workout routine my entire life. I finally feel like I found the perfect solution. The classes feel like personal training with the individual attention and explanation given by skilled trainers. You really do feel at home walking into the gym and I am finally excited and motivated to get up every morning at 5 AM to hit the gym. I have achieved more of my goals for my body in the short time I’ve been here, then in the many other gyms I’ve tried. If you ever needed an excuse to start your fitness journey, now is the time! I promise you you will not be disappointed!

Awesome facility that is kept very clean and well maintained. The staff and trainers are excellent and go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. Would highly recommend!

Great trainers and a very clean facility with new equipment. Between group classes, personal training sessions and and an open gym they really have everything you need to hit your fitness goals.

Classes challenge all fitness levels. Trainers provide helpful feedback through out the class so you get a great workout every time. They quickly learn your strengths and weaknesses to help you tailor tasks to your level while pushing you to meet goals. Best of all, it's a welcoming environment.
