Maria is a very knowledgeable and fun teacher! I appreciate her patience and appreciate her taking time to explain how to hold hands in order to get into certain positions in the silk. She is a phenomenal teacher and lovely lady!

Mona Fed’s reiki healing class was amazing! The ambiance of the studio was so calming and peaceful. I would definitely be interested in taking a tai chi class there and the yoga looks cool too!ud83dude4fud83cudffb

Did my first aerial yoga class today! it was so much fun!! maria is an amazing teacher, super patient and makes everything very clear and easy to follow.
