As a beachside resident with a plethora of options. I can honestly say this is a place that you can start your practice OR expand on your already existing knowledge/skills. Laura and the other Instructors are so generous and pure in their teaching. I tried the 5 pack for $45 without any intention on joining. I can say that I am now a proud member of the community she has created. I am a novice without any prior experience. If you are reading this and are distracted by all of the other sites. End your search and call Laura NOW!nHere begins your genuine yoga practice! Laura is not my friend and I don't personally know any of the Instructors. Absolutely thrilled with every class and instructor I have had at Yoga Art Lounge. They offer a variety of classes to meet all needs. The instructors took time to help me adjust poses and really did a great job connecting with the class. Definitely recommending this place to all my friends!
