I am blown away be the professionalism and courtesy of everyone at Durham and sons. They are one of the best companies i have dealt with across the board in Florida. They will be installing a brand new system in August and have done everything they could to get us cool until then! Thank you for everything!! UPDATE: Brand new Trane 5 ton system, and mini split installed by an incredibly professional and polite team. Carson, Aaron, Kyle, with the guidance of their supervisor Tyler did an AMAZING job. The site was cleaned up every day, no stone left unturned. They went above and beyond!! I highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.

Installed a master transfer switch and outside outlet connect for portable generator. Vince gave estimate and was very informative and helpful. Vince and his associate installed system, works great, and at a very reasonable cost. Kathy, from the office, was personable and kept us up to date on scheduling, permits, etc. We will definitely call this company again for any needs. Thanks Durham & Sons.

Wish I had a positive experience to report, after being told that I had a leak in the coils of the air handler, I had the inside unit replaced to the tune of 4K. But AC still not cooling. Was told the outside needed replacement also, huh? Oh and by the way, the refrigerant line is an additional $800. I find it inconceivable that there is no other way to guarantee if something is truly broken. The salesman Mark is a smooth talker, passed himself off as Mark Durham. I thought, wow! The owner of the company is calling me?? But then he retracted. I don't want to believe these guys are shysters... I picked them for their 5 star google review, but the stars were not aligned in our case. Better luck to others...

Durham & Sons is a very professional organization that recently completed a job at my home. I replaced one of two air conditioning systems but the job was complicated by coordinating with other contractors doing other jobs at the house at the same time.nnMr. Durham came out personally to quote the job and he recommended changes to my other system as well, many of which I elected to do. His price was both fair and reasonable. During the actual job, Mr. Durham also came out to check personally on the progress. His team showed up on schedule, did excellent work, cleaned up everything, and communicated fully as the job proceeded.nnI was very impressed with not only the technicians but also his office staff, especially Dawna, who kept me well informed. The company even filed the necessary paperwork for my warranty.nnI would highly recommend Durham & Sons for your air conditioning and heating needs.

We hired Durham and Sons, Inc. to perform routine maintenance of the heating and air conditioning systems in our recently purchased home. The technician (Tommy) arrived on time and thoroughly checked both systems, as well as performing routine maintenance. Tommy also provided valuable information to prolong the life of both systems and to improve their efficiency. Further, he checked the warranty and provided instructions that allowed us to transfer it from the previous owner. The services and information provided were well-worth the cost.
