Sam made getting new tires an enjoyable experience. He was personable, fun, and friendly. We shared stories and chatted like we were old buddies. Sam thoroughly walked us through all the options and made sure we understood what was available. We really appreciate how he made the process seamless and stress free. I needed an oil change. I went in and what I didn’t know was I needed some other minor things done too. The guys were very thorough and the prices were good. The waiting room was clean and everyone was friendly and wore masks. Glad I stopped in. Overall, great experience.
Didn’t have an appointment but was going out of town and needed some tires. Friends recommended tires plus. I went In and they got me in and out within a couple hours and I was on my way. Manager was very accommodating and the service was excellent. Definitely coming back!
Frustrating experience. Picked the tires online at their Web site, made the appointment received confirmation of my appointment. When I arrived they did not have the tires or really any tire that would fit my vehicle... complete waste of time. Went to the competitor down the street and they had what I wanted and got me right in. Definitely call ahead as their Web site and local stores do not communicate.
Went in with a friend to get an alignment and new tires. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended. Will bring my car to this location if I need anything.
