I am VERY persnickety. I have an Engineering degree. I do my own work. There are times I don't have time, or it is a task just outside my pay-grade. I like Jerry's and you will too. No BS. They deliver as promised.nnWhen they mounted/balanced my tires, I went behind them and checked the torque on the lug nuts and air pressures. They got it all right. I'm telling you, that's rare. Attention to detail matters.
Amazing. I dealt with Isaac and he was outstanding. Honest. Helpful. Understanding to my high risk situation (because of COVID). He was polite, explained everything clearly and was honest in telling me nothing needed to be done to the van. Others would've trumped up a high estimate to make money (this has happened to me more times than I can count) but they didn't do that. I will return to this shop for all my future van needs/warrantee fulfillments. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Good fair service and pricing, only had a battery replaced, (difficult install the parts store couldn't do it) will try them for more complex work.
After an appt somewhere else saying it would 2 hours to resolve before ever diagnosing the problem, I went here for an assessment. They came right out, diagnosed the problem, we made a plan to repair, and they delivered as promised ahead of schedule. Thoroughly impressed and will definitely return.
