Kelly Ford is truly the only place to go for a car! My dream of having a Ford Explorer has finally came to reality. Josh was our sales rep. very honest, nice & a pleasure to work with. Josh and his team helped us last night until 11pm! And today we went to tie up some loose ends and Clayton bent over backwards to make my dream come true. Justin & Nick also assisted in our deal and went over the moon for me. This is an experience I will never forget & I will never buy anywhere else!nJustin assisted in our last purchase about 6 months ago and did everything he could to get my boyfriend into his charger! These guys value their customers & will stick to their word!!!! Was recommended this dealership by a friend and this staff met my expectations and more. Valerie made this car buying process the fastest and easiest experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only was it a great experience but she made sure I was getting the best deal possible. I will be forever continuing to make sure this place gets recommended in the future. I’ll make this brief, my recent experience at Kelly Ford was about as seamless and easy as possible. My salesman, John Alligood was upfront, honest and professional. He bent over backwards and communicated everything along the way. I highly recommend asking for him. My whole purchasing experience was 1st class, from Cheryl helping me find the right insurance coverage, to Nick in finance at the end I can honestly say in all my previous automobile purchases, this was by far the best! Give Kelly Ford a chance, I definitely will again!

I had a super great experience!!! Andre was my salesman and he did everything under the sun to make sure I was happy with my purchase and let me take my time deciding and even went out of his way to line the vehicles I was looking at back to back to make it easier for me to view and make my purchase! He’s awesome and goes above and beyond for you! Very happy customer!Also Sandy in financing was amazing too! She did a great job!

Ask for Brody. He was my salesman and was super easy to work with, not pressuring, trying to up-sale or trying to blow smoke. Honest, straightforward and very helpful. The sales manager was great, didn't try to hog in on the process, just did his job. Finance department was great. Loved my finance service, it was super quick and efficient. I was exceptionally happy with the price. No hidden fees or packages. I got a great truck for a great price and walked out in about 2 1/2 hrs from first contact, through the test drive, paperwork, trade in valuation and detailing. Having gone through this process many times, I am OK with 2 1/2 hrs and only having to show up once to drive off with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and my salesman.
