Very friendly staff and great prices! They have a huge selection of cars to chose from which made the experience a lot harder for me. They were very patient and understanding. There were no annoying sales guys chasing us around. I really loved the laid back environment, my husband and I got privacy to talk about each car we were interested in. I drove from two hours away passing 100's of dealerships on the way and wouldn't rather go anywhere else! We really felt like family! We had the pleasure of working with Warren and he did a great job making us feel comfortable with our decision! The second we decided which one they had the rest done in minutes! We met quite a few people and each one of them made our experience even better! We will definitely be back, Thank You Family Auto Mart!

I cannot stress the impact these people left on me! I went to purchase my SECOND car (Toyota Camry) from them and let me tell you... the experience was BEYOND amazing! Not only did they treat me like family, they provided me with a car that has an engine like it is brand new! I am super happy with my purchase and the way I was treated! This staff never ceases to amaze me!

These people were very kind and helpful for my mom to get her new car. She is 70 and doesn't get around good, they got her into a 2017 jeep cherokee with good payment plan. Beautiful car and very cleaned inside. Doug and warren made us the sale. Thank you.

I searched for a car for about a week before stopping at Family Auto. When I first arrived, I met Sam. He introduced me to the salesman Jon. I explained to Jon what I had gone through with other dealerships and just wanted to work with someone honest. I was interested in a cash car. He was completely honest with me about their cash cars and informed me they would soon have problems after purchasing because they are trade-ins and people beat down on them of course. I then looked at their other options and although I was not looking to finance, Jon did not make me feel pressured into buying anything. I saw an SUV that I liked and as he said no credit check what so ever. I gave the required down payment and Jon also helped me out with car insurance. I got a really great rate from his friend Pete. I left with a 2014 with low miles and reasonable payments. I could not have been happier. If you’re looking for a car, check them out! You won’t be disappointed at all.
