Do not do business with this business . They will sell you an unsafe car. Car needed immediate work to be safe. Although they offer 50/50 off parts and labor, they kept car over a week without even ordering the parts to fix it. Communication is horrible with this company. Absolutely horrible place of business. The vehicles fall apart driving off the lot. If you pay by a card once they will automatically start billing that card without authorization. They will double bill you then say they won't stop the payment and charge you extra if you call your bank to correct it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Reliable is anything but reliable! Good luck getting your car looked at if it has anything wrong after putting 3k down and always on time with your payments! They tell you where to take it to get it looked at to be told to make a appointment for a different day! There is only one nice person in the office and the rest are just incompetent with communication and “reliability”!

Do not do any business with these people. They are the definition of thieves and take advantage of you and will do whatever they can to keep screwing you. Do not do business with Reliable auto sales or do not use reliable towing.

So this was the POS that was sold to my son more than a month ago. It has sat dead in the driveway for more than a month. They continue to hold a lein on the car (Been paid off for more than a month) and each time I call to ask the status, I'm told it's getting done. This has gone on for a month now. So now this thing sits in my driveway and I can't get it hauled off to a junkyard because they have not released the lein on the title. I have emailed the manager, called numerous times and at some point I guess I will need to explore legal options. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT BUY HERE!
