I was buying a car for my daughter. We found the one we wanted online while we were out of town. Rich told us all about the car and said he had personally driven it. He said he would never sell a car that he wasn't willing to put his own daughter in. That sold me right there! We made an appointment to test drive the car when we returned and we purchased it last night. The entire experience was great! He even came to our house to pick up our trade-in vehicle!
