They're so fast! Even when there's a long line in the drive thru, we get through quickly. And the drinks are always perfect.

The greatest staff!! My boyfriend walked in at 12:59 this Thanksgiving to get starbucks for my whole family because we had mistakenly believed they were open until 2. After realizing they were closing we were going to leave when the staff insisted we could still order as we made it in the door before 1 pm (their closing time). When I told them it would be a total of 5 drinks, they were still happy to make them all for us! Not only did they make them super humanly fast, but all of the drinks were correct with no mistakes and the staff had such great attitudes and didn’t make us feel like a burden at all. They even made small talk about our thanksgiving plans while they prepared our drinks. It may not have seemed like a big deal to them, but as someone who has worked in food industry I know how frustrating it can be when customers walk in moments before closing especially on a Holiday, and they handled the situation so professionally and were so friendly! I left a tip but wish I could have left them more than I did. I hope the store manager sees this and takes note of who was working closing that day because they truly are the most professional, kind, and efficient employees you could ask for! Great service, great store!

Quiet and clean.. The only downside right now is that the inside dining is closed, so we have to sit with the smokers outside.. Gave me a headache..
