This place is horrible the customer service was horrible they gave us a date then when that date came some more excuses as why we had to end up renting a car because they had our truck for so long when a co worker put her car at another place the she time we took our car here she got her car back way before we did they ended up having it for a little over 2weeks was not willing to compromise on the price after the dates continued to change then they gave us a warranty on the parts and labor not even a week later issues with the power steering that they said they fixed that we were charged for on our receipt and paperwork they would not honor it tried to wiggle around it so many ways the receptionist is the worst in customer service I would not recommend this place at all I only gave it one star because I had to we only went here because we took our car and trucks to Joe tires and they recommended them since we were not from the are beware of these people scammers and trying to pretend they are believers of right and Christ if so they would have honored the warranty and fixed our truck I would say more but I don’t want to wast anymore of my time with this unprofessional bootleg shop

Great honest people took my car up there to fix what I thought was the problem but turned out to be a much cheaper problem, they didn't have to tell me that they could've just took my $ and I would've never known. Great people great technicians!!

Frantz, Christy, Cosmo and Austin always provide excellent service when any of my vehicles need service. I feel they go over and beyond to find the best parts for the best price. If any of your vehicles are in need of repair, I highly recommend The Shop and their professional/friendly service.
