The finance department was quick and easy! They are doing a few things to the news explorer I bought, so they gave me a nice loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime.

Selection of vehicles is pretty good. Sales folks are very accommodating and knowledgeable. We feel that we received a good deal on the purchase. The sales dept gets 5 stars. The finance dept (even though we were cash customers) receives 1 star. Fast talkin' mumbo-jumbo is alive and well here. An extended warranty was quoted to us with a couple days to consider. Upon return to accept offer, the terms and cost had changed dramatically. Bait and switch............
