By far the best rates and customer service in the industry. I have bought two cars from this company over the years and have always received personalized service even long after I my purchase. If I needed an oil change or a simple question about my car I always received a quick response and great service. The customer service does not end once you make a purchase, they are available long after to help with any of your car needs. You will not be disappointed buying your vehicles here.

My first time buying a vehicle from Murray Ford, I was very satisfied with my salesman Belal. He was very helpful and willing to help me find the right vehicle. The finance department was quick and easy! They are doing a few things to the news explorer I bought, so they gave me a nice loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime.

Selection of vehicles is pretty good. Sales folks are very accommodating and knowledgeable. We feel that we received a good deal on the purchase. The sales dept gets 5 stars. The finance dept (even though we were cash customers) receives 1 star. Fast talkin' mumbo-jumbo is alive and well here. An extended warranty was quoted to us with a couple days to consider. Upon return to accept offer, the terms and cost had changed dramatically. Bait and switch............
