Milford Lifestyle Fitness Center

Being someone who is physically disabled and legally blind! It has been very hard for me to find a fitness center that will help me find an exercise routine! Lifestyle Fitness was able to give me a great routine within the limits of my physical limitations! I was not able to afford a monthly membership but they gave me nutrition and workout consultation at home! And check in on me from time to time! Anyone who's willing to give any amount of their time regardless of payment. I would say that this is an excellent place to meet your fitness goals! I have lost 20 lb!
