Great customer service. I’ve been using them for many years. They let me know when something is a little off and always give me all the info I need to make a good decision. Every tech who’s been out to my house has been very nice.nnUpdate 3/8/2021: I recently had them come out for maintenance and they discovered a coolant leak from my 15-year-old system, which prompted me to have a whole new unit installed. Everyone throughout the process was great. They explained everything along the way. Casey helped with estimating out several options and helped me pick out the perfect system for my home. Couldn’t be more thankful!

I was very impressed with my recent service from Paschal. They were timely and very professional. Their technician, Ray, went above and beyond. Not only did he figure out some tricky wiring, he saved us from a potential house fire from poor previous work from our dry wall people. I am very pleased with the new unit and thought it was a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I was offered a heating maintenance special via public mail flyer...was surprised at how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my personal schedule. The repair man was very cordial as well as informative. He was tidy and efficient with his work. He offered a yearly maintenance program that sounds like a good value. I will strongly consider this for the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Paschal! I had my heating on the fritz during the coldest week. I requested service online at 8am and they were at my door within 45min from me submitting my request. I loved that I could request service online and it was so easy to use! The technician was super helpful and explained everything to us and provided recommendations that met our needs and got us toasty again! Thank you Paschal!
