I have put off buying a much needed vehicle for a very long time because I find the experience causes a great deal of anxiety and is very frustrating. A friend knew i was searching and highly recommended Byrider, so I gave it a try. The online process and phone interview saves a great deal of time. When I walked in the door, Tony greeted us and was very welcoming. since i was preapproved via the earlier process, i just needed to check out the vehicle and sign the paperwork. I explained what we needed the vehicle to be used and our budget. Tony took time time to listen to our needs and recommended a different vehicle than what I had originally considered. He was right. it was a terrific fit for me and not just any other sale. I appreciated his kindness and will recommend Tony and Byrider to anyone.

Awesome experience!! I filled out the online application, talked to Tony a couple times over the phone. We schedule a appointment to test drive a vehicle. Everything went smooth, answered any questions I had and was extremely easy to work with. Definitely recommend!!!

I'm going to start by saying the overall experience was the best that I've had out of any Buy Here Pay Here dealer Lonnie the sales person with persistent he was polite nice knew what was going on and was honest and it was just a pleasure to be around Brian finance officer it was equally the same and went over everything step-by-step didn't leave anything out and was just really knowledgeable and honest about everything and make sure I knew exactly what was going on and if I could I would buy from them throughout the years instead of having to go through a big car dealership instead of a buy here pay here because they experience that I just had was worth it thanks guys
