A service, 3 air bags, flush radiator, one saddle. 4,200$. The service manager even said it looked high so he was able to correct the ticket to a whopping 4,1035$. Absolutely insane the charges they make. Then they take the chrome battery cover off my dump truck and said it didn’t have one when it got there. Do your homework before you drop your rig off because they will take stuff off of it purposely hoping you will buy more from them. I will never step foot or recommend Shipley for nothing. Do not waste your time or your hard earned money.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even got a ride back when my truck couldn't be fixed as quickly as we hoped.

Excellent place to go if you want to be robbed of your hard earned money! Work quality was good, great mechanics but a job that should've taken 1-2 hours they tried to charge me over $1,000!!! And when I questioned about why so many hours charged for such a small job they said cleanup time is included, I guess they wanted me to pay for cleaning their entire shop and parking lot just so they could swap 2 injectors on my truck!nThere were no parts in this bill that was ALL labor! $1,091 ???
