Country Village Sweet Shop

I now live in North Carolina. Country Village is literally the only thing that I miss about Arkansas. My children and I used to go there on the weekends. We would stop by a thrift shop that was called Evelyn and Anne's ( don't know if they are still in Star City) then we would head for Country Village and window shop. Go to Country Village Bar b Q. Then to the Country Village Bakery for our dessert. We would always get 2 of their cheese breads one was bound to get snacked on on the way back home to Dumas. Then to the Village Sweet Shoppe for treats! It is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday. Just make sure that your bag is on point because you will spend a bit of money to have a good time. But it is worth every penny. I mean every single penny, you won't regret it!!! God I miss that place. My kids even talk about it sometimes.

I loved working for this family, they a wonderful God fearing people. And the food is awesome. All of the soups are made from scratch and the best.

They catered my baby shower & the food was really good! Everyone enjoyed it & can't wait to go there & try other items from their menu!

I picked up Oreo truffles and fudge. Both were decadent and delicious. Very friendly staff. I also love their Reuben for lunch.
