Terrible! Avoid this place at any cost. I recently moved to the area, and didn't know where to go for a good haircut. Had an appointment with Nathalie, she did an excellent job. So next time, I schedule another appointment with her, I explicitly told them and double-checked that was going to be her. And guess what? I come the shop and she is not there. Charlie said he would take care of me instead. I thought okay, he is the owner, he might be a better pro... Nope! He's the worst barber ever, he does the same haircut for everyone. I usually have a normal business-like haircut, I am a professional, I work in the office and with the clients and I need to look decent. He screwed it up so badly that I was ashamed to go to work next morning. I am so glad in two week when the hair grew out a little, the other barber was able to fix it. Terrible place, Charlie is the worst barber ever!!!
