Great place to work out after work, but since the pandemic can’t get in early. I work second shift and I’m patiently waiting for it to be open 24 hours. I have no clue as to when if ever it will be open 24 hours again. Any one that can answer that feel free.

The crew is doing a great job keeping social distancing between machines. Place is clean, and they have pretty much any cardio machine you need. Great for work travelers.

Great place to work out and always very friendly staff. The only downside is during this pandemic with mask ordinance in place, there is no enforcement of guests to wear masks. I see healthy young men and women who either wear the mask around their chin or not at all while working out. I can understand that the staff may not want to constantly confront guests constantly all day about the mask mandate but for all the guests who do work out their, this isn't something we chose have being this pandemic. If I was working out with a runny nose and constantly coughing while going from one machine to another, wouldn't that turn you off from using the machine I was just on? That's how many of us perceive those who workout without a mask.

I was scheduled to have an appointment at 8am with the personal trainer. Waited over 15 minutes with no communication. I then left and called to speak with the manager and was told there was no manager there. I then asked if I could leave a message for the personal trainer I was told sure and it is now over 8hrs later and still NOTHING!! This was my first time ever going to and getting a monthly membership for a gym. I was told many good things about this place and now all of that doesn’t seem to matter. This is very disheartening!!!!!
