A beautiful space to practice. Larissa is an amazing teacher. Gentle, strong, and direct with her teaching. Exactly what I was looking for to deepen my practice. The care put into their studio is pure and full of love!

I just attended my first lesson at PJ's Yoga Shala in Waukesha. After being introduced to the Ashtanga yoga practice and its history by one of their instructors, PJ, I genuinely felt comfortable learning in this new environment. My first attempt at the practice left me feeling calm, collected, and motivated for the rest of my day. This place is an amazing resource in our area, at least I think, to bring physical, spiritiual, and mental growth in a communal setting. Cannot wait to go back! Thank you PJ :)
