A lady stopped me at a stoplight to tell me that my wheel was wobbling really bad and to get it checked outn- I know nothing about cars, and I brought it in to get looked at here. They drove it around, diagnosed it as a simple loose hubcap, fixed it, and then checked to make sure it was really fixed. They didn't charge me a dime!nThis was definitely an opportunity where they could have told me anything and I would have paid for it, but they were honest and helpful. Great customer service. If I need anything else, I'll go here again.
Brought in my flat tire. The tech had it plugged and ready to go before the receipt had finished printing! Just as fast as Jimmy John's! The price was fair. Way to go KK!

You peeps are gonna think i dole out 5 stars too easily... But seriously, this is also a great place for auto repair. They quote a more than fair price, get the work done in an expedient manner, and they keep you updated on the progress or any changes that need be made. I would highly recommend Helene and her shop to others.
Jim and his team always impress me with their knowledge and more than fair prices. Got another great deal today on my Audi A4 catalytic converter, over $700 less for labor than my dealer wanted to charge me for 4.5 hours of work. Great prices, great service, I won't go anywhere else.
