This place is great. Special shout out to the store manager Andrew! He always makes sure what i need done is taken care of when i bring my car in to get service and hes really awesome about getting it in last minute if something happens. one hundred percent recommend giving him a call if you need anything done, he is fantastic!
Brought in my chrysler 200 for a oil change. Called and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Manager and techs were super kind and helpful. Brought issues to my attention and offered to repair (at extra cost obviously but that's expected). 100% will return and would not hesitate to bring my car here again.
Took my car in for a break job, was given a fair quote. Parts were readily available, and my car was done within a day! Andrew was friendly and informative in the process of my repair! Thanks Monro for restoring my faith in auto shops!
Absolutely friendly staff, great turn around time!! 5/5 recommend for your auto repair needs!! I won't take my car anywhere else anymore!!
Word to the wise: Monroe has a practice of charging you for the recommended number of quarts per your vehicle. IE GM says our Buick needs 5.5 quarts of oil. So, Monroe bills for the additional oil above the standard 5 quarts (oh, round that up to 6 btw)nn*****BUT it is their policy to only actually put 3.5 quarts in. How does that make sense? How is that fair? Or right?
