About a year ago my mom accidentally backed into the rear passenger door on my Jetta. I asked my mechanic at Nelson's automotive in Pewaukee for a recommendation. They recommended Marshall Auto body as many of their other customers needing body work had good experiences there. I brought my car in and in a few days they had the car looking like new. At first glance everything looked perfect. A couple weeks later I went through a drive-thru car wash and water was pouring in through the top of that door when the high pressure sprayers went by. I looked at the door when I got home and after comparing that door and the door on the opposite side, it was clear that something needed adjustment. Well we had our 3rd child and life was busy enough that I failed to bring it to their attention sooner. Last weekend when I was at a gas station I noticed that my rear passenger window wasn't rolling back up. The window was off the track and I had to manually slide it up and then attempt to roll the window up. I imagined that the reason this happened was due to the same reason the door seal was sticking out a little. I dreaded the potential confrontation of having to take something back a year after it had been done not knowing how willing someone might be to address the issue since I waited so long. When I called Marshall, I had a pleasant conversation with the woman who answered the phone, and she set up an appointment for the following week to bring it in and looked at. Today I dropped the car off and used their free loaner car to go to work. By 3:00 p.m. I got a call saying the car was ready. I took the loner car back to them and they handed me my keys. I asked what I'll need to be done, she explained the things that had to be fixed, and there's no mention of payment. When I got in the car they had even gathered my things into plastic bags and completely cleaned the interior! What an amazing service experience! You have an awesome team, true integrity, and a commitment to a quality standard that sets the example to be followed. I will forever give you my business I and will recommend you to everyone else. I took my vehicle into Marshall Auto because it began making a clunky noise and had no idea where it was coming from. Ryan and his team helped me right away and everyone was extremely friendly! They fixed the issue in a real hurry and my car is driving great! I am very happy I took it here. Thank you!

Finding the level of quality service today that Marshall's provides is unparalleled. From the moment I requested an estimate with Jestin and picked up my car from Austin, I was not only treated like their most important customer but also kept up to date on the entire repair and had all of my concerns addressed. Their repair tracker and delivery camera ensured a smooth process. I informed Marshall early on that I was quite strict and my BMW was going to need some custom painted parts as well as a small repair with everything being 100% factory looking original.... boy did they deliver.nnMarshall auto body's approach for a successful business is hard to replicate. I commend the entire team and staff for stepping up and ensuring I received my precious vehicle back better than I dropped it off. (Including a check engine light reset & proper vacuum).nnDon't think twice.. these are the guys to trust, either dropping off your daily driver or modern classic. This is the primary place I go for auto repairs for a good reason. The staff are always incredibly helpful (one of them - Elaine was her name, I think - even was able to help with a minor passenger scrape with my 2013 CRV when they were technically closed) and the work they do is second to none.
