About half the techs were wearing masks and the other half were not, including the man who was sticking his head near my window to talk to me and getting close. He was also coughing a bit, which didnt help make me feel comfortable. The product and service was fine (simple oil change), but I dont think I would trust to come back to this location under the current circumstances. It seems to me that at the very least everyone interacting with customers should have to wear one. I was wearing one the whole time even when I was just in my car because I didnt know at what time someone would approach me to explain something. I dont understand why we shouldn't expect the same from them. I also has to fill up my information on a piece of paper and with a pen they gave me that I'm sure was not disinfected before being given. The whole thing just made me uncomfortable. I truly hope that the policy changes or that there is some sort of accountability to ensure everyone complies. Props to the few who were using the masks. Anyway, if going to places that respect you and care for your safety is important to you, I would not risk it with this location.

I went to this location on 10/20/2020, and Alex and his team gave me a five star experience! There was a minor issue with a misplaced oil cap, but they were more than willing to replace it! Luckily it was found in the fender! They gave me a discount for the wait! Very friendly and kind staff. Would recommend!

I usually come here for my oil changes and the staff is always quick efficient and helpful. For some reason this doesn’t translate to the emission testS. For two weeks straight now I called maybe an hour before I came in to make sure their emission test was running and everytime they say “yes come on in” on the phone. When I get there, BOTH TIMES, I get met with some sorry excuse like, “our machine is down, or we are waiting for someone to get transferred here that’s qualified to preform the test.” Idk if it’s laziness or just the lack of wanting to preform the test, either way it’s getting really frustrating. Judging by other reviews this isn’t the first time this location does something like this.

I've been here for both an oil change as well as emission testing and they all are so nice! Both times I've been here it is quick and efficient! Just a heads up though, they do emission testing Mon-Thurs 9-3! I did not know that the first time I went!

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating and knowledge. They answered all my questions and gave me the details I wanted about my oil change. There was no wait and I pulled right in, it took about 10 minutes. I will be going back and recommend this location!
