Thursday afternoon, October 29th.nI was in the car with my daughter. She was trying to place the order, an order that we have placed many times before. For some reason the woman taking the order chose to argue with her about our order being something that they could not do. What??? How is that right? This is our standard order of how we like our coffee at Starbucks, every time. So we declined to actually place the order and decided to go to a different Starbucks. We had no problem at all getting our order exactly as desired at the Starbucks inside Target on Sunset, as we needed to go by Target anyway. My daughter decided she will never go to the Moreland Blvd Starbucks again. She does not like to be contended with over a cup of coffee. It was absurd. Very disappointing.
Have been here many times this go around ordered on app to pick up .. staff was very friendly and fast. Great service.
Service was good, pleasant even though order was complicated.
The people here make this a stand out Starbucks. Always friendly and always a good conversation while waiting for our drinks and cake pop for the kiddo every Saturday!
