Dined inside on Wednesday evening around 7pm. The atmosphere is charming. Our waitress was wonderful. The pizza was awesome. Then why only a three? It honestly took an hour from the time we ordered to the time she delivered our pizza, and it wasn't busy. We were there with our girls and chatting, but if not I would have just walked out.

Placed an order at 6:45, was told 7:30. Arrived in lot at 7:28, immediately greeted and told it would be right out. Got to be 7:45 and watched many other cars receive their order. Called in to restaurant and finally received order at 7:48. Have to assume I was forgotten. No apologies or explanation when food came out. Pizza was warm but not hot all but confirming they forgot to bring my food out.nnDeep dish pizza was pretty bad, so much crust. Definitely not as good as Any others in my opinion for the price and on par with Pizza Hut for flavor. When you factor in the bad service i had I don’t think it’s worth itnnEdit: I contacted via website per the managers recommendation below on 10-20. Today is 11-2 and I have not gotten a response so despite the replies to negative reviews, in my experience, the feedback is not heard or responded to in a meaningful waynnUpdate: did hear back on 11-6 and informed that the thick crust is not their usual standard. Will give it another try

This pizza was the best pizza I ever had!!!! This place was SO BOMB!!!! I got the deep dish pizza with spinach and sausage. That was so goodud83eudd24ud83eudd24. The crust is crunchy and buttery, the cheese is fresh, stretchy and melted, the sauce has chunks of real tomatoes, perfect blend of spices, and baked to perfection. Highly recommend this place if you ever need pizza night. I do recommend that you order ahead so that you don't have to wait very long but other than that, try this place out!!

Love, Love, Love that they are finally on our side of the cheddar curtain. Super easy to download and order from the app, even before they are open for pick up on the way home. They do a good job of organizing the curb side pick up, but I arrived when my pick up time was a scheduled for and I waited 10+ minutes before my pizzas made it out too me. Otherwise would have been a perfect exp.
