Thank you for the great tasting food and delivery that was faster than the estimate from the tracker!nnOriginal Review:nDisappointed in the most recent delivery order. Ordered at 4:21 PM. Estimated delivery was between 4:58 PM and 5:03 PM. I understand that there are delays sometimes, but we're only 10 minutes from the store. I called at 5:30 asking if everything was okay, and was told the driver had just left and was on their way. Pizza was lukewarm when we got it, and there was no explanation or apology. Usually this location is fantastic! Hopefully this will be better next time.

Last time I ordered from them, our pizzas arrived almost an hour later than originally told and they arrived cold. Then I ordered again and was told 45 minutes to an hour. 40 minutes later I get a phone call saying it will be another hour in a half due to being short drivers because of Covid.n1. I called in my order so why didn’t they tell me this then?n2. I was offered half off if I went to pick up the order. I was going to do that until I found out my order had already been sitting for 15 minutes! So, they would’ve delivered pizza that was 2 hours old if I told them to deliver it anyway? If I had picked it up it would be cold then too.nI don’t think Covid is an excuse because they can hire more drivers, and when I placed the order they knew then what their staffing was like for the night. We have been ordering from them for years, but not anymore!nOn a side note, some of the reviews about the employees not wearing masks. I could care less. I’d prefer walking in and NOT seeing masks so my immune system can work properly.nUPDATE: I appreciate the response, but the fact remains that at the time I placed my call, you were fully aware of your staffing, and should have told me then what the situation is. There is nothing “normal” about what is going on in the world and I cannot call it the “new normal”

Ordered a pizza hours before close paid got wings delivered to me. I never saw the delivery guy just left it there the receipt had my correct order though. I called immediately but they never answered. I tried calling the next day but no answer. I made a complaint online but it was never answered either. I just wanted tk try the pizza man its already expensive for pizza and the wings were too hot to even eat. Very sad :(
